Arts Four Healing, founded in the summer of 2023, is a vibrant initiative committed to nurturing creativity, confidence, and emotional well-being in children ages 4–17. Through thoughtfully designed group experiences in the visual, performing, literary, and applied arts, the program invites young participants to explore self-expression in a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels seen, heard, and celebrated. By integrating emotionally attuned, multidisciplinary art practices, Arts Four Healing fosters emotional regulation, resilience, and holistic growth, empowering children to thrive both artistically and personally.
At Arts Four Healing, every child is embraced not just as a participant, but as a storyteller, explorer, and creator. Our program offers a nurturing, joyful space where young artists can express their emotions, build confidence, and form meaningful connections through the power of art. Whether your child faces emotional or physical challenges or simply seeks a place to feel truly seen, we’re here to walk alongside them with compassion, creativity, and unwavering support.

We currently work with children and adolescents ages five and up. While we do not yet offer adult programs, our goal is to expand in the future. Once we have the capacity and community interest, we hope to create a dedicated program for adults, one that provides the supportive, welcoming, and appreciative environment they deserve.
No referral is required; however, each participant will undergo a Getting-to-know-you session to determine whether the program is an appropriate fit for their needs. This process helps ensure that every child receives the level of support and services that will best benefit their growth and well-being.
We offer both individual and group sessions to meet the diverse needs of our participants. To ensure each person receives the most effective support, we begin with an initial assessment. This helps us understand their strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals. Based on this information, we determine whether they would benefit more from one-on-one sessions, a group environment, or a combination of both. Our goal is to place each participant in the setting where they can thrive, feel supported, and experience the greatest growth.
Yes—we work with licensed and trained professionals, as well as qualified practitioners who are completing the professional training required to earn their credentials. All team members operate under appropriate supervision and adhere to high standards of care to ensure a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for every participant.
Arts Four Healing ensures a safe and supportive environment by maintaining trained, supervised professionals, following strict safety and confidentiality guidelines, and creating structured, child-centered spaces designed for emotional expression and comfort. Sessions are thoughtfully planned to promote trust, respect, and a positive therapeutic experience for every participant.
